1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and R97 Media ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of Match My Query (the "App" or "Platform"), including all features such as posting requirements, submitting proposals, messaging, reviews, and purchasing/using credits.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Definitions

"Platform" or "App" refers to Match My Query, including its website, mobile applications, and all related services.
"User" means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Platform.
"Service Requestor" or "Buyer" means a User who posts requirements seeking goods, services, rentals, or other offerings.
"Service Provider" or "Seller" means a User who submits proposals in response to requirements.
"Credits" means the virtual currency purchased on the Platform to access premium features.
"Transaction" means any agreement, deal, exchange, contract, or arrangement between Users.

3. Nature of Platform

IMPORTANT: Match My Query is SOLELY a technology platform that facilitates connections between Users. We are NOT a party to any transaction, agreement, contract, or arrangement between Users.

Match My Query operates exclusively as an INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM that connects Service Requestors/Buyers with Service Providers/Sellers. We provide tools for posting requirements, submitting proposals, messaging, and reviews.

4. Payment Terms & Payment Gateway

Payment Gateway: All payments on Match My Query are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway.

4.1 Payment Processing

All credit purchases are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway, a secure and RBI-compliant payment processor.
We accept payments via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and PhonePe Wallet.
All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do NOT store your complete card details.
Payment confirmation is instant, and credits are added to your wallet immediately upon successful payment.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4.3 Payment Security

PhonePe Payment Gateway is PCI-DSS compliant.
All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
We do not have access to your complete payment credentials.

5. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
One person/entity may maintain only one account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Credits & Wallet

Credits are virtual currency used to access premium features like unlocking contacts and submitting proposals.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused credits remain in your wallet indefinitely unless your account is terminated for policy violations.
In case of account termination for policy violations, unused credits may be forfeited.

Refund Method: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PhonePe Payment Gateway within 5-7 business days.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You will not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
You will not harass, abuse, or harm other Users.
You will not spam or send unsolicited communications.
You will not attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment mechanisms.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by R97 Media.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

R97 Media is NOT liable for:

Any transactions, agreements, or disputes between Users.
Quality, safety, or legality of goods/services offered by Users.
User-generated content or communications.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Dispute Resolution

User-to-User Disputes: Must be resolved directly between the Users involved. R97 Media does not mediate or arbitrate.
Platform Disputes: Contact our support team first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, India.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases, but certain provisions survive.
